Back then, my weight is 95KG and I did not have any awareness or realization that being overweight is dangerous for my lifestyle. Even worse, my friends always call me with insults such as 'Fatty' and 'Man boobs'.

My lifestyle back then was also bad since I ate anything delicious that I saw such as ice cream, sushi and a whole lot of rice.

After getting rejected by my crush, I have some sort of self reflection on my weaknesses. After that, I started realize that maybe the reason is that I am too fat and overweight. After that, I do hard research on losing weight.

1st Year

At the first year, I started to do nutritional diet called 'calorie diet' whereby I precisely calculate the intake of each of my food every day. I make sure that I do not eat food over the calorie intake and also ensure that the food I'm taking is healthy.

I also ensure to avoid sweet drinks and junk food at all cost. Foods that does not have nutritional value might interrupt the progress of my diet.

Hence, the first week of my diet, I managed to lose 5 kg. It took over almost a year to lost the rest 5 kg because the tempo of diet keep changing over and over again due to unseen circumstances.

But is it really that simple?

2nd Year

As I got further in to the diet process, I detected that I no longer lose weight as I intended to. After several choices and hard thinking, I made the decision to change my diet plan from calorie to atkin.

Atkins diet involve in lowering carbohydrate while increasing protein intake. For example, I skip eating rice which contain a huge sum of carbohydrate and replace it with vegetables instead. This helps me to lose another 10 kg which now leave my weight at roughly 76 kg.

You want to lose weight? Start learning about diet first.

Am I satisfied with my weight? I guess for now I am satisfied with my hard work, but i am so much looking forward to lose more weight in the future.
